Their exact words

Every line below came out of a real client's mouth on a real call. No paraphrase, no cleanup, no interpretation. Grouped by the feeling, so you can scan for the one that's already in your chest and write from there.

How to use this

Don't read it start to finish. Scan for the feeling. When a line stops you — that's the one. Use it nearly word-for-word in the hook, the banner, the post, or the summit video. Their words already land; yours have to be translated first.

Every section header is written the way they said it, not the way we'd label it. That's on purpose — the header itself is usable copy.

Reading the tags:   highest-recurrence — said by three or more people, in different rooms  ·  🔒 don't quote publicly as-is (money shame, childhood, marriage, wanting to quit) — de-identify to "a client told me…" first  ·  the second block under a quote is what she said next, which is usually where the dream is hiding.

Part one · the pains — 64 lines

1"I know I have to do the outreaches. I have not been."

The biggest one, and it isn't a lead problem. Every one of them already has the people. The message doesn't get sent. Said by six different clients in six different ways.

2"At that point, my mind goes blank."

The freeze, in the moment of the ask. Notice not one of them describes it as not knowing what to say. They describe a body doing something they didn't choose.

3"I don't ask questions, because that is stuck in there."

The root under section 1. This is the deepest layer in the whole set and it is on tape, in her own voice, unprompted. Handle with care — and know that this is what the resistance actually is.

4"I just feel a little aimless."

Their word, twice, unprompted. Not lazy, not unclear on the gift — no path. This is the section to write the banner from.

5"I get really anxious, because I want to do it right."

Ask them why they haven't started and this is the answer — not fear of failing, fear of doing it wrong. Two clients said it almost identically, weeks apart.

6"If you do it with me, I can do it."

The most commercially important section here, because it names what they'll actually buy. Not a course. Not a blueprint. Presence.

7"My throat is closing up. I'm getting shaky."

Money, in the body. Not a pricing conversation — a nervous-system event. And the shame that rides in behind it.

8"What I used to say isn't what I should be saying anymore."

The old script died and the new one hasn't arrived. Four of them are living in this gap right now — including two who can't state their own deliverables out loud.

9"It's just manual. Yes, it's manual."

Nothing tracked, nothing automated, the good data sitting where they can't reach it. Six clients, and one of them is a top performer who has no idea what she produced.

10"My husband doesn't know you."

The room around the decision. Three separate marriages showed up on these calls without being asked about.

11"There's so much vision coming to me."

Not a shortage of ideas. A shortage of the one act. Every download becomes a reason the ask waits another week.

12"Why was I at this extreme of, like, wanting to quit?"

One line, one client. It's here because it's the floor of the whole set — and because she came back up.

Part two · the dreams — 27 lines

1"Not always trading my time for money."

Notice how she says the dream and disqualifies it in the same sentence. That self-disqualification is the part to mirror — it's what makes them feel known.

2"People just looking to me now as the person."

This one already happened. That makes it the most useful dream in the set — it's a promise with a receipt behind it.

3"This is where I belong."

Five words. Nothing on this page beats it.

4"They're obeying God fully."

The faith dream, said by a client about her clients — which means it's how the whole chain thinks, not just how you talk.

5"Point everybody to one place."

The system dream. Every one of them describes it as a picture or a single door — never as software.

6"Get that group up and running."

The concrete numbers. Every one is smaller than you'd expect — that's the level to write the promise at.

7"Find somebody else. It can't be me."

Off their own plate — so the business runs while they're doing the thing only they can do.
